- Start: asap
- Time commitment: 4 days a week
- Location: Province of South-Holland, The Netherlands
- Experienced contract lawyer
- Experience with large construction projects
- Familiar with FIDIC Yellow Book & FIDIC Red Book
- Excellent English language skills
- No-nonsense mentality
Then a quick response is in order. To consider you for this position, the following is required:
- a short profile text highlighting your expertise and recent experience relevant to this position;
- an English Word-version of your resume;
- a fee quote of the hourly rate you would like to bill to the client (don’t forget: you will be sharing 1/5 through OJ).
As always, the terms of the OJ network apply. A short explanation and a hyperlink to the text are included below.

OJ is a business oriented network with over 500 experienced independent legal professionals. Our members have a background in major Dutch law firms and legal departments. They use OJ to share knowledge, and to connect clients with other trusted legal professionals at times they can’t provide the requested support themselves, sharing revenues much like partners in traditional legal service firms.
The business model of our concept is similar to the more common partner structure of a traditional law firm: OJ members involved share revenues. The main difference is the fact that there is minimal-overhead, no expensive offices, no ‘law firm silos’, and no exclusivity. Each of our members is at liberty to refer to any legal professional he or she sees fit, and most of them are also used to working ‘in-house’.
We take pride in the fact that practically all good independent business lawyers in the Netherlands hold a membership. And since all of our members are independent legal professionals, they set their own rates. You can find the Cooperation Agreements for the Netwerk van Ondernemende Juristen here.
